For reasons mostly far beyond my understanding I have moved by blog from tumblr to wordpress and incorporated it into my website. Wedding Day. The sun came out for some photographs.

Retouched Amancay is on Flickr! Amancay is a Spanish film maker (almost Penelope Cruz look-a-like) who starred in her own film which was entered into the Virgin Media Shorts. She recently joined an agency and needed these headshots done. Learnt  a great deal about creating a selection of hair using channels. Photoshop is AMAZING!

Took my first batch of actors headshots today for actress/filmmaker Amancay. My lighting guru, Bevan… helped out a lot. I have a long weekend too, to retouch the 8x10’s, in my new winter slippers & cardi. Have to keep taking photographs and keep warm during the pending London winter.

8 actors, 4 hours… we got some amazing stock video today. Can’t wait to see it uploaded!

First stock shoot with Bevan. Dawn, our great model, (pic unedited) saved the day after three no-shows. When we break even with shoot costs and stock sales… we’ll celebrate with champagne and chocolate.

Spent the weekend in Wales shooting a music video for model/actor/singer Alberto Jorrin. The costumes worked well and the location was amazing. Bevan and I were asked to be involved by an old friend and Director Brynach Day, we stayed with him and his family in Pembrokeshire. We also got in a wedding, some very good food, and found out, to Trevor’s disappointment, what a welsh ‘milkshake’ is, a glass of milk, stirred, not shaken.
